We specialise in the welding of PVC joints. Board edges are chamfered and wiped, then double-sided foam tape is laid behind a 2.5–3mm gap to hold the sheets in place while the adhesive sets.
The sheets are then hot welded with colour-matched rod. The result is a continuous, watertight surface with no trim to work loose — a superior sanitary finish increasingly specified in healthcare, prisons and social care because it is tamper proof.
